Mythology : There are many stories about
Hercules, he seems to have been involved in all of them from Greek mythology. He was
the son of Zeus and
the mortal woman Alcmene. Zeus' wife, Hera, despised Hercules and sent two snakes
to kill him in the crib, but the world's strongest baby choked the snakes to
death. He later went on to complete twelve labors which are said to correspond
somehow with each of the twelve constellations in the Zodiac. Although potentially
immortal he gave it up to be with his earthly wife Deianara, but was eventually
carried to the Olypian heavens where he married Hebe. For more information, refer
